Brand spankin' new solar system, with back up battery. The system is paid for; not leased. I just had it installed, and am turning it on this week. You should be able to get by with little, to no electric bills. Even better yet, a few months ago, I installed a Whole House Fan. These are unbelievably effective at reducing power bills. It sucks cooler or hotter air in, depending on the outside temperature, and it is super quiet. It's a MUST HAVE! This home is located on a private street, with very little traffic. The dining area has stained glass windows, a doggie door, and access to a large covered patio. The patio cover is fairly new, and was added on, after I purchased the home. The garage has room for golf cart parking, and the garage floor has epoxy floor coating. The entire exterior of the home was painted 6 months ago, so you are good-to-go for years to come. And oh, yes, the fences were stained, when the exterior of the house was painted. The interior is being painted, throughout, on June 19-21. If you haven't lived in Hemet Four Seasons, you are in for a treat. The activities are endless, so if you are bored, it is your fault. Just wait til you see all of the included amenities. The community is manicured and maintained unbelievably well, and there is staff to assist you with almost anything you need. The community is gated, with live guards at the entry, so you can feel safe and secure. The HOA fees have remained low and VERY reasonable for many years. They are just over $200/month.
