Seasonal rates : January- April $5,000 per month, June- August $2500 per month, Sept- Oct $3000/month. November and December $3500/month. Security deposit varies on stay. Reservation fee required that will transfer to security deposit. Gas and Electric included with a $250 cap. $250 non refundable cleaning fee.
