Located directly across the street from the surf and sand and just steps from the Oceanside Pier, shops, restaurants, and everything downtown Oceanside has to offer. This is a prepaid furnished rental with a 2-month minimum stay preferred. Summer months rent for $6,000/month, and off-season months rent for $4,600/month. Damage deposit varies depending on length of stay. $275 cleaning fee and $100 reservation fee. All utilities remain in the Owner’s name. Owner will pay SDG&E charges up to $125 per month; any charges exceeding the $125 monthly allowance will be the responsibility of the guest.
